Smila Municipal Center for Social Services, established in 1995, supports various groups facing challenging circumstances.  The center provides guidance, consultations, social services, and psychological support. Additionally, they organize support groups for spouses of deceased soldiers and internally displaced individuals. The center collaborates with international organizations like UNHCR, UNICEF, and the Red Cross on projects
