Antonio Carlos Ruiz Soria is an Economist with expertise in the creative economy, innovation, and sustainable economic development. He is EU Project Manager at the Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) in Spain. Previously, he founded and directed Economía Creativa, a leading consultancy specialised in creativity and innovation (2010-2023).
Antonio Carlos has been appointed as an expert for the UNESCO/EU Expert Facility for the Culture Indicators in the 2030 Agenda (2024-2026)
