Eileen Crowley

I am an urban & regional planner specialising in project design and facilitation. I have spent over 20 years winning, managing and implementing in excess of 30 EU funded projects across a variety of programmes (Interreg Europe, Atlantic Area, NPA, Ireland Wales, ESPON, URBACT, H2020 etc.). I am an experienced project and proposal evaluator for the European Commission and an URBACT lead expert. 

Having worked in local & regional government for 16 years and in academia for 3 years I set up ASCENT consulting to support clients across sectors to access Eu funding. ASCENT is a project design, facilitation & evaluation consultancy specialising in supporting clients to design, win, implement and manage EU funded projects. With a strong track record of success I am interested in supporting partners with consortium development, bid preparation and providing project implementation support.
