I advise national and foreign NGOs on EU human rights law and on ECHR law for advocacy, lobbying or litigation purposes.

I observed elections for OSCE and the European Union in Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America; I worked in D.R. Congo as human rights officer of MONUC. From time to time, I publish articles on EU and Human Rights law, including on the set up of the Italian National Human Rights Institution (NHRI).

For personal reasons, I am trying to learn Kiswahili.
