Iaroslav Gerashchenko

I'm involved in non-formal education, youth work, intercultural dialogue for more than 11 years now. In 2012 I launched an NGO that focuses on engaging young people and making leaders from them. In 2017 I co-founded a rural development center in a remote and picturesque village of Stina. 

My constant interest remains community-based creative projects, especially in the countryside. I get enormous joy from working with hands on the nature and my favorite format of work is volunteering work-camps.
