The violation is the spillage of gasoline during the loading process of combustion-engine ships and boats. One drop of fuel can contaminate 1,000 Liters (!) of water. Additionally, the air is polluted due to CO2 emissions. If a boat or ship experiences an accident, the fuel can cause collateral damage to the maritime wilderness and the water  

I believe my idea offers valuable insights on the pressing issues of the energy transition on water and climate change.
