Nicolas Singer

I head the unit in charge of all content related matters for the programme. I manage the Policy Officers team whose responsibilities range from advising applicants, assessing project applications and monitoring projects. Before joining interregional cooperation in 2003, I worked for regional authorities in the UK and France. I managed projects supported through Structural Funds programmes and I was a member of the Board of Directors of the European Regional Information Society Association.
