About the organisation
The Union of Italian Provinces - Emilia Romagna is an association of public bodies that provides representation for the Emilia-Romagna provinces and promotes their interests at regional, national and european levels. Its members represent almost 3,4 million people over 18.800 kmof land. UPI E-R operates across three main sectors: 1) institutional representation; 2) European funding and policies; 3) learning and training activities for civil servants.
