About the organisation
The Association unites 63 members: 55 local councils of territorial communities (90%), 6 district councils, Vinnytsia Regional Council and Vinnytsia City Council, and is one of the most powerful regional associations in Ukraine. Geography: the entire Vinnytsia oblast (1.5m residents). It's focusing on capacity building activities to create competence hubs im the region. The Association operates within its Development Strategy (new edition). Implemented +10 international projects.
