The costs
Project partners are invoiced by the Regional Assembly for the actual costs of carrying out the Control. The cost is calculated based on a per diem rate together with appropriate travel and subsistence rates applying to the Regional Assemblies in Ireland. Each claim certified (including composite Lead Partner claims) will be invoiced. The scale of fees for payment claims (without travel and subsistence costs) for Northern & Western Regional Assembly is available below.
The scale of fees for payment claims (without travel and subsistence costs)for Southern Regional Assembly is currently under review at the moment and will be made available later this year.

On-the-spot checks
At least one "on-the-spot check" will be carried out during the project lifetime in projects where partners report equipment and/ or infrastructure & works costs related to a pilot action.
On-the-spot checks will be completed for a project not reporting pilot equipment/infrastructure costs, if it is deemed that it has an added value for their check.
