The Domaine Agrovision (winery) is located in Chalkidiki (Northern Greece), just few kilometers away from Mount Athos. The vinification process (wine production) takes place in September. During this process wastes like wine lees are produced. Domaine Agrovision offers the wine lees in local restaurants, pizzerias for bread and pizza production.
