This is the good practice's implementation level. It can be national, regional or local.
About this good practice
Description: This call, managed entirely by the EGTC, is aimed at strengthening and expanding existing cooperation, launching new projects with the potential to have an impact in the territory, and contributing to structuring the territory. The call supports both artistic creation (e.g. live performance, contemporary art, audiovisual work, Euroregional languages, music, literature) and the development of tangible and intangible heritage. It is aimed at professional cultural organisations governed by private law, professional artists, SMEs and public-sector organisations (i.e. museums, libraries, archives, universities, orchestras) established in the territory of the Euroregion. Since 2015, the call encourages partnerships that want to submit applications in the framework of European programmes during the period 2014-2020, especially Creative Europe. The objective is to identify and bring out projects distinguished by their Euroregional profile in terms of innovation.

Potential for learning or transfer
This call responds to a double objective: to structure the actors in the territory and to help them to access European funds through innovative cooperation projects. Both are important challenges that can be transfered to other cross-border regions.
