About this good practice
The "Companies of Tomorrow" training and development program is designed to help companies efficiently sell their products and services online, reach customers who have moved to the digital world, and increase innovation by adapting business models and leveraging cloud solutions.
The Program is addressed to:
-micro and small companies that just want to start selling on the Internet
-medium-sized, traditional companies that need tailor-made solutions
-micro and small companies that already sell on the Internet and want to further develop this channel
The Program offers in steps:
Step 1: Preparation of an individual development plan: An individual 90-minute 1:1 meeting with a consultant to develop an online development plan, adjusted to the needs and business goals of a company.
Step 2: Knowledge and training package:
+50h of practical online courses in internet marketing, web analytics and UX to help start selling online Lean Canvas course and business e-books supporting the rapid adaptation of a company's business model,
An introductory course to cloud solutions to help assess whether cloud solutions can help increase innovation and reduce operating costs in a company,
Step 3: Three months of advisor support in implementing the planned changes. In addition, participants will receive information on the PFR group's support offer.

Evidence of success
Over 16,500 entrepreneurs from all over the country were trained.
According to the Ipsos survey, 73% of them declare that the program has a real impact on business growth, employment, career development and digital competences. Over 4,000 companies have developed online sales of products and services. 3,000 entrepreneurs started selling online.
