This is the good practice's implementation level. It can be national, regional or local.
About this good practice
Fuendetodos has three art-related facilities: The Engraving Museum, Goya's Birthplace house and the Ignacio Zuloaga Exhibition Hall.
The first two have a series of permanent collections, but the Ignacio Zuloaga Exhibition Hall constantly receives exhibitions by the most important Spanish artists, what turns this small town of less than two hundred inhabitants in the province of Zaragoza into a pole of cultural attraction.
Within the Goya Fuendetodos Foundation there are several collaboration agreements with companies from the Belchite region, Cariñena (Ruta DO Cariñena) and Zaragoza (Museo Goya Zaragoza) that promote and publicize the figure of Francisco de Goya through activities for all audiences. All these agreements have the objective of disseminating and promoting the figure of Goya in Fuendetodos to achieve greater tourist and economic development in the area and offer complementary activites to visitors attracted by the three museums and the activities organized by the consortium like the engraving courses.

Resources needed
The DPZ and the City Council own the museums and the Birthplace house. A consortium was created to be able to correctly manage it, in this consortium there are six employees two dedicated to the administrative task and four to the activities of the exhibition halls and the visits.
Evidence of success
Since its opening in 1996 the Zuloaga Exhibition hall has become a benchmark for contemporary engraving. Il has held 98 temporary exhibitions focused on contemporary Spanish graphic work. The average annual visits in the last years are around 1.500 people contributing to the development of accommodation and restaurant structures in Fuendetodos. Important Spanish engravers have exhibited in it, such as Picasso, Mirò, Chillida, Tàpies, Luis Gordillo or Antonio Saura.
Potential for learning or transfer
Taking advantage of the figure of a world famous painter such as Francisco de Goya to carry out cultural infrastructures that not only revolve around his figure but take advantage of the internationality of his art and are nourished by other activities in the world of contemporary art can be a shake to energize a small town that goes beyond mere musealization.
