The key to successful cooperation is good and reliable relationship between farmers, which can be developed and deepened in association meetings, farmer advising and informing events. Also help from active farmer advisors is needed. They will introduce farmers to each other and make sure that the farms have joint cropping plan
before starting the cooperation. The availability of protein feeds is not the only positive side of the farmer network. The network also has a social aspect and it will enhance farmer’s professional skills. Farms coopering together can
learn from each other’s. Shared success is an important factor increasing positive spirit and good sides of the profession.

Evidence of success
The organic farmer network lowers down the cost of production by joint procurement larger amounts together, and also makes it easier for B to B purchasing. Farms are usually individual operators but this network matches suitable farms in close cooperation. The organic farmer network has also shown evidence by ensuring animal husbandry farm’s protein feed self-sufficiency by pairing it up with crop producers and by starting close cooperation, which has benefits both of the farms.
Potential for learning or transfer
The availability of protein feeds is not the only positive side of the farmer network. The network also has a social aspect and it will enhance farmer’s professional skills. Farms coopering together can learn from each other’s, and to benefit from overproduction by selling these shares to other SME's. Shared success is an important factor
increasing positive spirit and good sides of the profession. The lower costs of purchasing together, lowers down the productions costs. This fosters the SME's competitiveness and increases the level of income. This model of cooperation is easy to transfer to other European Countries.
