About this good practice
Promoting the internationalization of the Bulgarian economy by facilitating the access of Bulgarian SMEs to priority foreign markets and providing conditions for their good positioning and sustainable presence on an international scale.
Conducting events such as trade missions, business forums, bilateral meetings and others aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria (producers and exporters) with export opportunities in establishing direct contacts with potential foreign partners and creating or expanding effective trade and production cooperation.
The implementation of the project objectives will help to improve the opportunities for Bulgarian business to operate in intensively competitive markets, to implement good production and trade practices, to achieve compliance in the export-oriented Bulgarian sectors, to increase the competitiveness of Bulgarian products and services, to increase the volume of Bulgarian exports - goods and services, sustainable presence of Bulgarian SMEs in foreign markets, etc.
Several activities have taken place:
A. Organization of individual and collective trade missions abroad
B. Organizing individual and collective missions from foreign buyers in Bulgaria
C. Organization of business forums, B2B meetings and contact exchanges for Bulgarian and foreign companies in Bulgaria

Resources needed
The budget of the project is 2 006 000.00 BGN (Around 1 000 000 EUR).

Potential for learning or transfer
The budghet of the practise shows good success rate in the first indicator and small budget in the overral impact of the measure. It can be transfered even by regions and funded from the budget of specific institution and not OP.
