Every year an offer is rich of attractions carried out by local society and artists from over the world. 9HF - Perspectives is a 3-day meeting with art within walls of the city of Chełmno. The event is a great example of cooperation of residents, artists, animators and local entrepreneurs who in the middle of the August open their private spaces and let tourists and visitors explore unknown places of the city. It is time to touch and feel the spirit of the past which is mixed with the present. In this way visitors and local society are involved in the creation of the tourist products. It is a great example how people who love their city using tools based on CCI and CCT successfully create something unique and are willing to share their happiness with others.

Potential for learning or transfer
The 9HF it’s a great example of development CCI and CCT. The creation of 9HF was an initiative of people from Chełmno City, who decided to implement their perspective on the city and take action, which has resulted in the next edition of the festival. The festival is a good example of reviving the city space, involving residents in the implementation of events during the event. Every year, the “menu” includes activities that are planned and animated by residents and invited artists that most often fall within the niche art stream. So we have ludic activities, which serve especially the integration of residents and creative activities that also play an educational role. Reviving the city by putting all activities into unknown, undiscovered places or ones that thanks to festival arrangements are discovered again. Thanks to the early meetings, organizers are able to start programming activities early enough and apply for funding for the project and focus on promotion.
