This is the good practice's implementation level. It can be national, regional or local.
About this good practice
The region abounds in some tourist attractions which are hardly known both to inhabitants and tourists. Tourist Passport is an annual marketing campaign of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Tourist Organization, pointing out the whole constellation of small attractions and tourist values around them. The incentive to use the TP and thus our trip proposals, is an element of gameplay in the form of "stamps competition” -collecting stamps from the visited places and getting prizes. The booklet contains suggestions for sightseeing routes and a calendar with events, which might additionally enhance tourists to visit these little known places. The implementation process can be divided into two main stages: campaign preparation and its implementation. As a result of a creative session, the leading theme of a given edition is selected. In this respect the selection of routes and destinations takes place (it can be a thematic topic), e.g. historical, geographical or ethnographic. An action plan is created and marketing tools are selected .The action is precceded by marketing activities on the Internet (social media announcements and a dedicated website) accompanied by outdoor promotion. The Passport booklets are distributed to all tourist information points in the region and the most important attractions which is known as a place of high flow of tourists. During the tourist season, a social media campaign is carried out, presenting all destinations and events included in the Passport.

Potential for learning or transfer
Constellations" is a new approach to build an offer and a way to talk about the region in a attractive and innovative way . It increases the visibility of poorly promoted places and the interest of companies in cooperation with public and tourist organizations. This is an example of how to promote tourist trails and attractions with a low budget and with the use of different media. How to encourage cooperation between local organisations and the media. How to encourage visits to unprompted places.
