If you didn’t make it to Rotterdam for the Interreg Europe lead applicant workshop or prefer to focus only on the topics you need, join us for an online seminar on managing project budget and finances.
This workshop will provide concrete guidance on how to build the budget of your project and some useful tips to set up efficient management procedures. It is addressed to applicants that are already at an advanced stage in the development of their project proposal and will be ready to submit their application in the second call of Interreg Europe.
Learning outcomes:
  • Understand the specifics of the 5 budget lines applied in Interreg Europe (Staff, Administration, Travel & Accommodation, Equipment, External Expertise)
  • Learn the most important points of attention on the project budget design using case studies and practical examples
  • Get practical tips on how to fill in the budget sections of the online application form
  • Get an insight on project management and first level control
