Stakeholder consultation on 'Recommendations for the successful design of regional development strategies beyond 2020'

The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is collecting views and inputs from stakeholders for an upcoming own-initiative opinion on "Recommendations for the successful design of regional development strategies beyond 2020". The opinons feeds into the debate on the cohesion policy proposals for 2021-2027 and the strategic funding priorities in the next programming period from a local and regional perspective. 
The opinion rapporteur, Mr Adam Struzik (PL/EPP), President of Mazovia Region, invites representatives of local and regional associations and other stakeholders to join the stakeholder consultation for an exchange of views on 16 May from 14:30 to 16:00.
The consultation will take place in the Committee of the Regions (Room JDE 53, Rue Belliard 99-101, 1040 Brussels).
