[Y]Factor: Think Smart, Think Regional...Let's Innovate!

European Committee of the Regions holds a [Y] Factor conference on regional innovation and young entrepreneurs on 27 January 2016 in Brussels. Young people, local politicians and young entrepreneurs will discuss two key issues there:  

1. Young Entrepreneurs and Local and Regional Authorities: new paths of cooperation?
2. Young Generation and Smart Cities: how can big data drive innovation?

The speakers together with the participants will focus on the added value of start-ups to local and regional communities and the barriers that young entrepreneurs face in their regions and cities.
