Cities Forum 2025

The sixth edition of Cities Forum will take place in Krakow (Poland) on 17-19 June 2025.

Co-organised by the Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) and the European Urban Initiative (EUI) under the responsibility of the EUI Entrusted Entity, the Region Hauts-de-France, brings together key urban stakeholders from European, national, regional and local levels.

The agenda features plenary sessions and debates, participatory sessions and interactive works focused particularly on ideas and insights for the development of the EU policy agenda for cities. Participants have also an opportunity to participate on site visits. 

Under the tagline "Empowering cities, shaping Europe’s future", the event will foster collaboration among urban stakeholders. Up to 800 participants, including local and regional authorities, policymakers, and urban practitioners, will engage in discussions on some of the most pressing topics facing cities today, including housing, digital transformation, inclusive growth, and urban mobility.
