Call for peers - Shortages of healthcare professionals
The Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform is organising a peer review for the Region Centre-Val de Loire, France, to address the challenge of shortages of healthcare professionals.
Healthcare systems in rural areas face the challenge of ensuring adequate staffing levels, and Centre-Val de Loire is no exception.
With the lowest number of general practitioners per inhabitant in France (excluding outermost regions), this Region is in need of innovative solutions and is looking for inspiration from successful experiences in other European contexts: organisational innovation in health, digital tools, attracting and retaining healthcare staff, freeing up medical time for healthcare professionals.
If you have expertise in one or more of the above mentioned fields, we invite you to complete our short questionnaire before 25 May. You will be part of a team of peers with complementary profiles to address the region's needs effectively.
The peer review is planned for next 3 and 4 July, in Chaumont sur Loire (France).
You’ll meet the regional policy makers and local stakeholders to further analyse their challenges and elaborate concrete recommendations for policy action jointly with them in a peer-learning format fully moderated by the Policy Learning Platform.
