About the project
GOAL
Set up an innovative governance strategy by establishing a multi-level and cross-institutional coordination on European policies, based on synergy of respective competences among public bodies, to achieve wide-area objectives through territorial institutional coordination
Specific objectives
O.1. Creating an active NETWORK among public bodies to work jointly on the strategic and programme lines/provision of public services. The network should put together tools, methods, shared resources, making common resources available and achieving economies of scale
O.2. Make the NETWORK potentially exportable and transferable to other sectors and to other territories by sharing the working tools, useful documents, adaptation of good practices, having as a requisite a strong durable commitment by the representatives of participating public bodies.
O.3 Contribute to the competence building and enhancement of public servants in both European planning and management procedures and techniques
