About the project
Regional diversity in terms of opportunities and needs across the EU calls for tailor-made policies that meet their specific needs. AGORAI (meaning an ideal place for public assembly and decision-making )
intends to create greater opportunities for individual public bodies and solicit a greater ability to set up a
system participated by multi-level public bodies, with the involvement also of private and other
stakeholders, to help delivering and implementing such policies. The system should be enabled via a
unified management of resources, economies of scale and a more rational and effective spending at local level. The project, thus, intends to support individual municipalities or clusters (Provinces, Counties,
Municipal Unions) to share human and instrumental resources to access growth opportunities using an
effective, stable process-pattern and by involving local players as stakeholders/action implementers.

The partnership is composed at present by n° 6 partners from Italy, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Ukraina, Albania.
One more partner from the West and/or one more partner from the North quadrant are welcomed.
The partner should be a Policy Holder
