About the project
We search for 21-27 ERDF RP implementing bodies only from the NORTH or WEST geographical area and responsible for control and audit procedures.
The project works on the application of data science techniques for efficient and effective control procedures of 21-27 ERDF.
In the previous programming the implementing bodies had to control 100% of the reported expenditure. In ERDF 21-27, the EU Reg. 2021/1060 art.74 introduces an important novelty: control activities must be based on a statistical risk assessment approach. This poses the challenge to identify new working methods and appropriate tools.
The project is aimed at ERDF implementing bodies that:
1. Intend to apply a risk assessment model also based on their own data from previous programming
2. Identify in data normalization, statistical analysis and data science the possible methodology
3. Have started internal procedures aimed at finding a solution
A technical expert (ADVISORY PARTNER) will support the learning process.
