About the project
This project aims to create a network of kitchen factories in multiple cities to provide sustainable and innovative solutions for school meals. It focuses on delivering high-quality, nutritious food while enhancing energy efficiency, resource optimization, and social inclusion.
Kitchen factories will act as central hubs for meal production and distribution, supporting schools, vulnerable groups, and internally displaced persons (IDPs). The model is adaptable, allowing regions to address their specific needs.
Inspired by a successful 2022 project in Bucha, Ukraine, the initiative fosters interregional collaboration. Partner cities will share expertise, develop unified nutrition standards, and improve operational efficiency to promote social cohesion.
With a goal to build sustainable food systems, the project invites cities to work together to address shared challenges and advance school nutrition for future generations.
