About the project
DIC AluTech is an institution for the promotion of entrepreneurship, research and development, established by the Sibenik-Knin County. With this project our aim would be to digitalize two groups of business processes in Sibenik-Knin County:
(i) regional self-government affairs related to: general administration, cooperation of the prefect, county administrative bodies and the county assembly, cooperation of the prefect with mayors and municipal heads, spatial planning and issuance of building and location permits, education, healthcare , social protection, nature and environment protection, transport, economic development,
(ii) state administration tasks, i.e., the development of existing and new digital platforms/processes, with an emphasis on their compatibility.
By transferring the theoretical knowledge and practical experience with partners having experience in the digitalization of business processes we would receive all the necessary information to implement the digitalization.
