Dissemination of a low-tech culture in the territory

Promote a 'low tech' innovation approach in the territory, based on a common reference framework.

Depending on the partners' interests, this could involve : 
- Developing a low-tech charter with a multi-stakeholder working group, based on the "sobriety" axis of the "La Rochelle Agglo 2040" territory project.
- To allow all citizens, companies and structures of the territory to learn about low-tech and thus promote and spread a low-tech "reflex" ,
- To propose a pilot project on cultural actions ( creation of exhibitions and temporary or permanent events), or on other issues (depending on the interest of partners).
