About the project
The project, "Empowering Social Inclusion through Improved Referral Pathways," aims to reduce social exclusion by enhancing access to essential services for vulnerable populations. Many individuals, including refugees, low-income families, and the homeless, struggle with navigating fragmented social services. Building on the Soliguide platform—a proven digital tool that maps social services and is widely used across France—the project will streamline referrals by centralizing service information. With Interreg POCTEFA support, Soliguide is also being implemented in Andorra and three Catalonia provinces, demonstrating its scalability. This initiative aligns with Interreg Europe’s goals of enhancing social cohesion and policy effectiveness through interregional learning. By sharing best practices across regions, this project will help address disparities in access to social services and strengthen the capacity of public organizations to support vulnerable groups.
