About the project
Our project focuses on creating better job opportunities for young people living in rural areas, helping these communities grow in a way that lasts and supports everyone. We specifically help small organizations in these areas, aiming to spark more entrepreneurship, create jobs, and give young people the power to make a difference. Our goal is to make a lasting and positive change, encouraging young minds to innovate, start their own businesses, and include everyone in their journey.
We want to reduce the number of young people who aren't in education, employment, or training (NEET), with a special focus on helping young women. To do this, we're setting up a way to find and support these young people from rural areas who need it the most. We're also providing them with the training and education they need to get good jobs or return to school. This way, we're not just creating more jobs but also making sure that these young people have the skills they need to succeed.
