About the project
This project aims to improve the competitiveness of traditional shops located in the historical centres of the cities, and which have some kind of protection, for example: UNESCO World Heritage, historical monuments, historical site, etc. The project proposes the development of actions related to new strategies for customer loyalty and relationship marketing. In this way, a double objective is sought: 1) to protect and raise awareness of the need to conserve and care for the cultural heritage of cities and 2) to promote economic development and the positioning and visibility of small local businesses.

FAUCA is looking for entities aimed at supporting traditional local business in cities and, in particular, which have a strategic plan, action plan or roadmap aimed at the revitalisation and digitalisation of this type of business, guaranteeing respect for cultural heritage at all times.
