About the project
Eno-Culinary Heritage should be preserved & promoted, as it can form a sound basis for development of sustainable cultural tourism in terms of wine & gastronomy tourism in European wine growing regions.
The proposed project will include inter-alia:
- Masterclasses
- Traditional wine making heritage
- Culinary heritage
- Creative industries around food and wine
- Exchanges on tasting & appreciation
- Workshops & study visits to wineries, farms & agrotourism areas
- Development of wine & gastronomy tourism products & services according to relevant Guidelines by UN Tourism (UNWTO)
- Pilot actions.
Activities:
- Exchange of experience on preserving Eco-Culinary Heritage and its contribution to developing and promoting Wine and Gastronomy Tourism
- Cultural Tourism Product Development
- Thematic Workshops & Webinars, Study Visits
- Staff Exchanges
- Joint Promotion
- Policy development & change in relation to Wine & Gastronomy Tourism.
