About the project
Principle 20 of the European Pillar of Social Rights states that “everyone has the right to access essential services of good quality, including water, sanitation, energy, transport, financial services and digital communications“. Local government administrative capacity is crucial when addressing major reforms like decentralization or territorial reorganisation, but is just as important in evaluating public service provision, especially when addressing the essential services so vital in daily life. The RO MDPWA wants to develop the methodology on the evaluation of the administrative capacity of administrative-territorial units approved in annex 5 of GO no. 800/2022.You can be our partner if you are interested in developing service provision in the areas defined as essential, you want to complete your local/regional development strategy, with a focus on the essential services' provision, you have an interest in administrative capacity evaluation or you can relate to our project idea.
