Charting the course for putting people in the centre of the twin transition – improving policies for attracting and retaining low and high skilled workforce in regions in industrial growthÂ
Objective: To shape up a mix of policies to ease the attraction and retaining of skilled workforce to speed up the twin transitionÂ
Specific objectives: 1. Mapping the the sectors exposed to the green transition and the related need for workforce. 2. Formulating strategies for better Information support for new workforce and elimination of bureaucratic barriers 3. Creation of specialized services to search for talented high skilled workforce 4. Shaping up approaches for stimulation of reverse migration 5. Improving policies for urban environment and better transport connectivity with cities and large centers 6. Improving access to capacity (such as knowledge, technology, and resources) 7. Better policies on retaining talent.
