About the project
The project aims to enhance regional development by strengthening local food production and supporting economic growth through innovative business models for knowledge exchange. It focuses on boosting local food networks, ensuring food supply, and fostering economic growth using sustainable solutions. Strategies include enhancing SME competitiveness, promoting local agri-food products, and integrating agriculture with environmental conditions to enhance biodiversity. The initiative also aims to educate consumers about local products, fostering responsible consumption. By creating a network among Food Communities and developing synergies between food chains, the project highlights local product uniqueness, enriching regional heritage. The narrative weaves emotional storytelling, offering a sensory journey through traditional dishes and sustainable gastronomic culture, enhancing the authentic experience and connecting European regions through a commitment to sustainability.

We are seeking policy authority partners exclusively from the western regions of the project partner countries: Belgium, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. These essential partners include national, regional, or local authorities, as well as other relevant organizations tasked with developing and/or implementing regional development policies.
