About the project
Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan is a document that aims to improve the quality of movement and accessibility of public transport and to achieve climate and energy changes. SUMP of LMA is an action plan addressed to local government units of the Lublin Metropolitan Area related to sustainable ways of traveling around LMA, which is still dominated by car travel.
In LMA mobility should be based on comfortable public transport and good network of roads for pedestrians and cyclists. It is need to implement zero-emission mobility. Every ways of transport also should be safe and avaible for everyone. Transport should be planned based on cooperation between local governments and residents so public consultations are very important in this process.
Thats why we want to plan, develop and implement "Pedestrian policy" and "Bicycle policy" which will be sub-documents for SUMP.
The second need is to plan, develop and implement "Effective Monitoring System of SUMP".

We are looking for a lead partner, interest in innovative i management of SUMP's.
We also looking for Partners which want work about: pedestrian policy & cyclig policy, effective and comprehensive monitoring systems of SUMPS.
We are interested in cooperation with: public bodies, cities and metropolitan areas, non-profit organisations and associations.
