Interactive low carbone food strategies

The food sector is one of the major contributors to CO2 emissions. However, a behavioral change in food production and consumption could lead to a reduction of these emissions. Local strategies supporting the implementation of targeted measures, such as urban farming, can play a crucial role in mitigating climate change. Our project's objective is to support policy makers in designing low carbon urban food policies through resilient and sustainable agri-food systems.
