Project Summary
The Local Food to Global Markets initiative aims to support small-scale producers of organic and craft food in expanding to international markets. The project will provide SMEs with tailored training on export requirements, product certification, and international marketing strategies.
A digital platform will be developed to connect local producers with potential buyers, distributors, and partners from the EU and beyond. Additionally, networking events, trade missions, and participation in international food exhibitions will facilitate direct market access.
By fostering cross-border cooperation and knowledge exchange, the project enhances the competitiveness of small food producers, aligning with the Interreg priorities of regional economic growth and international trade integration.
