About the project
Design and implementation of transnational smart specialization strategies, clusters, and new forms of e-services. to reduce skills gap in blue/green economy sector.
The project will support innovative cooperations, bringing together the industries and relevant educational/academic institutions and/or vocational training providers at all levels (local, regional, national, transnational), and other stakeholders to promote:
- Green/Blue skills, professions, and careers as well as the acquisition of transversal and inter/multidisciplinary skills and competences
- Reskilling and Upskilling schemes and cooperation between education and industry
- "Blue/Green careers" awareness and attractiveness among students or/and young professionals
Objectives of the project is to:
- reduce the skills gap
- Improve communication and cooperation between education and industry.
- improve the attractiveness and awareness of career opportunities in the blue/green economy
- Improve blue/green literacy culture
Partners we are looking for
Regional or/and National authorities or/and Educational authorities with policy instruments to sharing experience and practices with regards to the skills necessary for the design and implementation of transnational smart specialization strategies, clusters, and new forms of e-services and to create a methodology to reduce skills gap between offers and labor market needs.
