RiseUP: retaining young talent in territories with demographic challenges

Project aimed at sharing Best Practices to fix population and retain talent in territories with problems about demographic aging. Our experience is based on creating and taking advantage of a collaborative network (integrated by development agencies, academic organizations, strategic companies, students and young professionals) that contributes to consolidate a community committed to the potential and future of its own territory.
