The project aims at strengthening small local governments capacity to support cooperation and open participatory governance, designing and providing better services. Thus each community will benefit from others partners experiences for increasing local administrations performance and communities sustainable development. We aim at developing administrative capacity and voluntary cooperation mechanisms, by sharing good practices and experiences and at finding solutions to common challenges related to transparency, involving people (young mainly) in community life and decision-making process as well as to simplifying processes
