About the project
Most research studies still reveal the gap between Roma and the majority population on training levels, as well as the limited access of Roma children to education early compared to those belonging to the majority population. Even if there were affirmative measures implemented in the field of education, the gap between the Roma and the majority is still of great importance. Lack of access to equal and quality education leads to dropout phenomenon, under-qualification and directly affects insertion on the labor market, on a long term.
This project aims to improve public policies in the field of education, training, lifelong learning, distance and on-line education from the perspective of the intersectoral, trans sectoral and integrated approach, with a view to help the marginalized Roma communities.
