About the project
Retraining and retraining of adults, especially veterans, for working professions.
Ukraine is facing a shortage of skilled workers in the utilities sector, electric welders, plumbers, construction workers and other blue-collar professions. Each community will also face the need to rehabilitate and employ veterans after the war, with special attention paid to the employment and training of people with disabilities.
The idea of the project is to develop vocational education and business education in Zhytomyr and increase the number of skilled workers who will be able to get an internship in the field of communal services and later start their own business providing relevant services.
