About the project
The comprehensive plan-program "Initiative" was developed by the NGO "Energy Alliance" PP "Standard-S" Ukraine with the participation of the APP "Sercobe", Spain. The implementation of the Program has already begun jointly with the German Passive House Institute, Darmstadt.
The estimated cost of the pilot Project is 24 million euros. The expected cost of the entire Project is 346 million euros.
The creation of mass ESCOs and the simultaneous thermal modernization of energy generation facilities, heat networks, and buildings will be carried out. The energy of the Joint Ventures, which use ADE and thermal discounts, will be applied.
The full implementation of the Plan-program requires the supply of energy-efficient equipment and building materials. The Program envisages the creation of industrial enterprises in the Regions, which will immediately have real orders for the production of energy-efficient equipment for objects of thermal modernization under the Program.
