About the project
The project involves conducting group sessions aimed at improving the psychosocial well-being of beneficiaries and vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by war. These group sessions will focus on creating a safe space for expressing emotions, discussing experiences, and providing support to one another. We aim to employ diverse methodologies, such as meditation, creative exercises, and group discussions, to ensure a comprehensive approach to strengthening the mental health of participants. This aspect of the project is directed towards actively implementing the knowledge gained from our research and creating specific interventions to enhance mental health. We believe that group sessions can be an effective tool in overcoming stress, anxiety, and isolation, providing participants not only with necessary skills for emotional management but also with support from individuals who share similar experiences.
