About the project
All over the world, creativity is recognized as a key factor for innovation and growth. Researchers, R&D employees, and innovators are at the forefront of innovative processes, but they might need help to enhance their creative thinking, innovation mindset and problem-solving skills to think outside the box and give prompt responses to challenges and market requests. For SMEs, introducing innovative processes is demanding; tools are usually based on technical counseling and hard skills expertise that don’t tackle the lack of culture of innovation and don’t help human resources to develop a mindset open to change. The project aims at developing tools and policies to improve professional growth methods, increase the toolkit for R&D and innovation activities, unlock and rediscover people's innate potential, using new approaches inspired by children's creativity-based education. The objective is to transfer the creativity of the world of education into the world of research and innovation.
