1st Stakeholder Meeting in Postojna

Postojna hosted its 1st stakeholder meeting with 11 participants. Beside the objectives of the meeting, such as an establishment of a local stakeholder group, straiten the cooperation within the group, SWOT analysis in order to define the key themes that they need to address in their local environment, the project team presented the project MILEstone and run a SWOT Analyse in four small groups. The workshop was organized in 4 different round tables. Every table had a theme: Advantages, weaknesses, dangers and opportunities. Stakeholders then rotated within the tables and debated within the table theme.
