  • 9:15 – 9:30 Aims of the meeting by external consultant
  • 9:30 – 10:30 Daily project and financial management by external consultant
  • 10:30 – 10:45 Coffee break
  • 10:45 – 11:45 Communication and dissemination tasks (Component 2) Presented by Vidzeme Planning Region
  • 11:45 – 12:15 Lunch
  • From 12:30 the Launching Conference will take place at the Hall of the Province House (Provinciehuis Zuid-Holland, Zuid Hollandplein 1, 2596 AW The Hague, the Netherlands). Please see separate agenda for the Launching Conference.

  • 9:00 – 10:30 Interactive training for the SIG Managers by Tipperary County Council
  • 10:30 – 11:00 Coffee break
  • 11:00 – 11:45 Final methodology of State of Arts and presentation of the upcoming tasks by Pons Danubii
  • 11:45 – 12:15 Interactive session about the Learning needs with good practices for knowledge sharing by the external consultant of the Lead Partner (Mr Hen Gerritse)
  • 12:15– 12:45 Conclusions

    - Planned activities for the upcoming 6 months by external consultant
  • 13:00 – 14:00 Lunch
