Over 1.2 million potentially reusable bulky items such as office furniture are going to waste on the island of Ireland every year. Reuse of bulky items has the potential to reduce carbon emissions, create jobs and reduce procurement or disposal costs. But how do public sector bodies or businesses go about passing on large clearances of bulky items for reuse? Join this Green Enterprise webinar, to find out the challenges - and opportunities - to avoid the skip and find an outlet for your bulky items. Community Resources Network Ireland will present the findings of their EPA funded Green Enterprise project on Designing a service model to improve bulky item reuse.
